Process quality control

We consider essential in our quality system to monitor our manufacturing processes using control charts, since this method allows us to analyze any trend, take action at the necessary moment and, in short, anticipate any anomaly that can be given.

For all this, our staff is formed to carry out this type of graphics of manually in the workstation. In addition we have set up a software in our CMM, effective for both long and short series, that allows us to check out these kind of analysis systematically.
